Leather and Hide Council of America Elects Tennessee Tanning's Mike York as Co-chair at Annual Meeting

Washington. DC -The Leather and Hide Council of America (LHCA) Board of Directors elected Mike York. Tennessee Plant Manager of Tennessee Tanning Co., a division of Rawlings, as Co-chair of the association. The Board met as part of LHCA's Annual Meeting. October 12th and 13th, in Chicago, Illinois.

Mike York shared, "I am pleased to assume this leadership role at the association. LHCA is a crucial vehicle for advancing feather's future as a sustainable material solution across categories. I thank the board for their confidence in our collective vision of a vibrant future for the U.S. hides, skins, and feather industry.

York will succeed outgoing Co-Chair Kerry Brozyna, of Wolverine Worldwide, and will serve alongside Co-chair Chad Robertson, of Harland M. Braun, Co.

Outgoing Co-chair Kerry Brozyna said, "LHCA has spearheaded a number of exciting developments during my time as Co-chair, and it is an honor to pass that title along to Mike York. As the association's new co-chairs. Chad and Mike ensure we have the experienced leadership necessary to meet the needs of our dynamic industry. !look forward to seeing what they have in store."

The Board also elected Alexa Ryan, of Cargill, to the Executive Committee.
